- Description: Offers a transitional housing placement and support opportunity for foster youth ages 18 to 25 who are approaching emancipation or have been emancipated from the child welfare system. Provides financial assistance and Individual Learning Plan (ILP) services while also helping them achieve self-sufficiency so that they can learn life skills upon leaving the foster care system. Participants may live alone or with roommates in apartments or in single-family dwellings, with regular support provided by THP+ staff and ILP Coordinators.
